Expressive Arts Therapy
Expressive arts therapy is a therapeutic intervention that uses modalities such as creative writing, poetry, photography, art, music, dance, and drama. It offers an avenue for emotional healing and personal growth. This form of therapy is particularly beneficial for those of us who may not be ready or able to verbally express ourselves through traditional therapy. This approach provides a safe and supportive space where individuals can express themselves authentically.
